ELI APARTMENT is conceived not as a tourist base but as a house to live in, so you will find all the comforts of your home, including air conditioning (approximately from June to the end of October) and radiators from November.
It is very bright because it is on the fourth floor with a lift.
There is an entrance, illuminated by a lamp with a motion sensor, where there are books, including for children, board games, paper and pencils for drawing, city guides and maps for the little guests ,and, we hope you don't need them, umbrellas.
In the living room, there are double bed with vertical foldaway in the wardrobe, a television, a large single sofa bed.
In the kitchen, which can be divided from the living room by closing the large sliding door, there is a table and 4 chairs. It is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, toaster, kettle with tea and herbal teas, hand blender, microwave, fridge with freezer, vacuum cleaner), basic condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar), cooking accessories (scales, graters, bottle openers, scissors, knives, chopping boards, and much more), plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, crockery, tablecloths, placemats and trays, finally, detergents and sponges.
In the utility room there is a washing machine, what can be used to clean and detergents for clothes, the pegs and the vertical iron and a small ironing board. I placed also a necessary for sewing. The drying rack (which can also be positioned on the balcony) is in the built-in wardrobe in the bedroom. there is also the necessary for an emergency sewing.
In the bedroom, with the French door onto the balcony, there is a double bed, other wardrobes, a mirror, a television and, in the built-in wardrobe, a high chair for younger guests.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower column, sink, bidet, hairdryer, straightener, body hygiene products (including shower cap, shampoo and conditioner) and, for the little ones, a toilet reducer and a footstool.
The small balcony, which overlooks the street, has a little table, chairs and beach ombrella. it is also large enough for the clothesline.

The rate of stay from 1 October 2023 applies to each guest over the age of 10 and is 6 euros per night (up to a maximum of 60 euros).
The minimum period of stay is 2 nights to maximum 10 nights.
The windows have mosquito nets. In general the air conditioners can be used from June to the end of October and from November to march the radiators are available.

Via Camilla is at the corner of Via Appia Nuova, a historic commercial street a stone's throw from the basilica of San Giovanni.
It is in a strategic point because it is well connected to the main attractions (Metro Line A at 100 meters), and is central enough to reach the Basilica of San Giovanni, the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums on foot.
It is a nice neighborhood to live in because, in addition to tourists, there are many residents. It is lively and well served, with bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, restaurants, shops of all kinds.
You don't have to travel to experience the city.
